How does it work?

Complained goods should be sent to our service at the sender's expense.

The parcel should be packed in such a way as to enable safe delivery of the complained about goods to the service.
Please deliver with the goods (complete with all accessories):
- a detailed description of the defect
- a completed warranty card or a copy of the proof of purchase
- the return address to which the goods sent to us must be sent back
- if possible, the telephone number of the complainant
The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by us of the product complained of.
The complaint will be sent back to the indicated address at the expense of AX TECHNOLOGY.
